Is my business name ok?
Big Cats is a registered trademark of Big Cats company that sells clothes that have pictures of big cartoon cats all over it. Each shirt shows a cat doing different "funny" things.
I want to start a company in the service industry and I want to call it Big Cats Party Club. The idea is I am going to go around to different venues and hold big parties for them. So, I want to have a large cartoon mascot of a Big Cat smoking a cigar and drinking a beer having a party. I will have promotional hats and shirts that I will sell on my website for people to purchase. Can I do this? I have another question. Please see my other link. |

It is likely they could successfully stop your use of that logo and name--if they chose to do so. You may want to find another.
