Brand names retail regulations
I want to start retail business w China manifacturers selling desighner's clothes both through the internet and in a small store.Chinese partners claim that everything is authentic, but I sill have doughts about some products. What are my responsibilities and liabilities? Do I have to pay any fees or emoluments for the brand names and trademarks that I'm going to sell.
