company stationary disclosure requirements?.
Hello
I need to have company stationary printed. headed paper, comp slips etc. For the UK the legislation for what needs to be disclosed can be found on the net. However, I need to know what are the legal requirements for France, Germany, Hungary, Poland and Spain and Northern Ireland and what are the legal requirements for email. ie - what company information needs to be disclosed on electronic communications. I believe some countries need to disclose on stationary VAT no. some do not. I also believe there has been new legislation recently brought into force (no date) for the UK. Can you help please? or let me know who to approach for help in each country. Thank you. Jill |

You might try the Chambers of Commerce in each country if you want free help. Of course any law firm could assist as well.
