Default Legality of Using another co name in your ads

I live in florida & have just quit my job and started my own business is it legal to send out postcards with "Anna formerly of Business card mania has branched out on her own. no design fees on any artwork previously done at Business card mania that we recreat."

While not strictly illegal we do not recommend it; it can subject you to claims of improper use of the trade name for your own commercial gain etc.
