Was told that the Company would guarantee grants for Homes, Business ect. Paid a new member fee of over $1000.00 and never received any help at all from the company. Without my consent or Knowledge company on three different occasions withdrew $29.99 from my bank account and caused several overdraft fees each time. When spoke with customer service as well as management in the Co. I was assured that no additional withdraws would be made. Another $ 29.99 was made again also causing several more overdraft fees to my bank account. Spoke with Company management again and was told that unfortunately there was nothing that could be done on their part and that they see I was not to receive any more withdraws per an OPT out agreement. They have made a profit of over $1600.00 from me and has not done one thing to help me receive any grants. All they have done was cause problems in my bank account.
