Default question

I want to start a business where I have access, limited liability and I am able to have control of the company. What are 3 business organization models that I might use?

Default Re: question

Thanks for posing an interesting question. Three options to consider (listed in my personal order of perference) are: (1) limited liability company (LLC); (2) corporation (formed at the state level and then electing sub-chapter "S" status through the Internal Revenue Servcie (IRS); and (3) sole proprietorship. Take care. AJJ
