Should a home residence be used as a business office and piercing the veil
I am manager and member of a single member LLC -- I know company business must be kept separate from personal business. I am concerned about \"piercing the veil\" and losing any protection offered by the LLC. Should a home residence be used as a business office?

You are smart to be concerned, but the mere fact of a home office will not cause you to lose the protection of the corporate veil. As long as you maintain separate records and other formalities to maintain your LLC standing, you should be just fine. AJJ
