How to change name of an LLC
I just formed an LLC to start my business and I was never wild about the name. I have finally found a name that I like and am wondering what's involved in changing the name of an LLC. Also, am I better off creating a division of my company under the new name - what's involved in that?

You just file a form with the state--very easy to do.
See legal forms or the state dept of corporations forms in some cases. |
