Starting a restaurant/bar in Budapest

Budapest, Hungary. I'm considering purchasing 1/3 of an LLC in Budapest. I'm curious about where I should start to protect myself with respect to insurance, my assets, legal issues.

I will be a silent partner, but want to protect my investment.

Any advice/direction will be greatly appreciated.

That may be beyond one forum post/answer.

But if the LLC is operating already it should have those things in place and you would just have an ownership interest.

...get a lawyer for due diligence and to make sure your ownership is indeed secure and properly transferred to you etc.

Email world law in their home page if you need counsel there to assist.
