Default copyright, patent, or trademark?

I'm starting a website that offers a free online service but I am not sure how to protect it from being copied. Any suggestions??

See the copyright and trademark articles on the worldlaw direct website--click home above. You also do have some automatic protection by law for anything you create. And you can sue based on those rights alone if need be.
