Obtaing rights to distribut a patented product
i have this great idea about a product that i want to sell in my country however the product has been patented in another country and i am looking to see if i can i can obtain patent rights to sell the product in my country and also put my trade mark on the product. if the product can be patented in my country in my name how can i go about that as well.

You will need their approval. If you try to take the idea and patent it in your own country, you frankly invite a lawsuit and other troubles.
A good lawyer can help you negotiate the rights however, and you may get an exclusive in your own country. |
