How do I go about getting grant money
I want to start up a business but have no money to put down for one. I was wandering how I go about securing a womens grant. I tried google and looking up info but they want money. I am smart enough to know that it does not cost anything to locate grants. Im just not sure how to go about locating the proper agency and not some scammer. Any one have any info for me?

I am living in Liberia, a west Africa States. There is a business trade compitition in this country after the 14 year civil war. There are lot of Chinese cars on the market which many people don't like. People like and love American cars in Liberia. If you seek grant money do so only through or in consultation with your local elected officials.
