Default Private Practice & Regulations re: Seeking LPC

My LPC supervisor asked me to setup practice as separate as possible, but that he would be willing to supervise / sign off on all documents regarding my practice of counseling services. Therefore, I setup a business separate from his, but located in his physical location under his supervision. All billing of Medicaid would be via his agreement with Medicaid, as Medicaid noted in response to my query that I could bill as long as I was under supervision of a licensed and enrolled Medicaid provider.

I want to make sure I setup everything in compliance with Virginia regulations governing counseling, and the Virginia Board of Counseling referred me to the below section of the law, and I wanted guidance on how to stay in compliance

I have noted in my informed consent that I do not have my LPC and am under supervision -- what do you recommend I do to remain in compliance with this law?

18VAC115-20-52-9. Residency

9. Residents may not call themselves professional counselors, directly bill for services rendered, or in any way represent themselves as independent, autonomous practitioners or professional counselors. During the residency, residents shall use their names and the initials of their degree, and the title "Resident in Counseling" in all written communications. Clients shall be informed in writing of the resident's status and the supervisor's name, professional address, and phone number.

I typed in my question to get legal help from worldlawdirect.com but there was no 'Enter' button so that I could submit my question online from your website for attorney review / reply.

How much would it cost to get legal recommendations / form review for this matter?

Email world law directly or have local assist.

You need to have that entire structure reviewed as you don't want any unauthorized practice issues.
