I am interested in setting up an online business selling
discounted medication from Mexico can anyone tell me what I have to do to comply with Texas Law and
possibly Federal Law to make this happen.


1.) Can I legally set up a website offering major brands of pharmacy
medication available for sale from Mexico.

2.) Can I process insurance claims such as medicare, and private
insurance on behalf of my potential customers .

3.) Can I link major pharmaceutical companies on my website to
advertise as a revenue generating medium with link banners moving
potential busiess to the sponsors site.

4.) Do I have to get a sales license from The State Tax Office as well
as any other tax sales licenses required to stay in compliance in
Texas.

5.) Can I run this business as a sole proprietor or do I have to
incorporate.
