Delaware corp
Can use a Delaware company for my company if I reside in Florida and plan to do business there as well, in Florida?

Yes that is commonly done.
You will also have to register the corp with the Florida Dept of Corporations as a foreign company doing business in Florida. But again that is very easy and very commonly done. |
