There are three partners that are going to buy two bowling centers. All experienced. One of the partners (my niece) does not have enough cash...but the other two partners want her in very much. I was considering being a silent partner or angel investor (because I would like a piece of the action) or just making a loan to my niece for the money she needs. I don't really know what to do. I'm retired and 62. I'm also considering asking her for half of her third interest.
Two of the three partners don't want more than three owners....at the moment any way. Thanks for any advice. |
