Affiliate legal

Would like to join an affiliate program. I have found a few companies that I would like to work with, considering working under my own company name and selling the the other company's products ( The companies chosen...their contract stipulates that their company name must appear on all promotional materials..which is fine with me)...would like to use and example...Lets just say my company name is "Smart fixtures"...and the the company I am going to work with is called "Luxurious fixtures"...When I create my marketing material should this appear as " Smart fixtures.....affiliates of Luxurious Fixtures"/ In a promotional letter can I indicate for example "we are affiliates of Luxurious fixtures"

You normally want to run your wording by with the affiliate partner unless they have a format that is already pre-approved.
