new company needs help please
hi, I just started a chef employment agency, I will be based on the internet in louisiana, I will be doing business in other states. I will be connecting chef with people who need their services. The customer will pay me and I will pay the chef. Do I need to register my LLC in every state where I do business. I have read the state laws but they are not clear to me can someone please help me!

I don't think you too but maybe you can help me with my question. I'm seriously considering buying a franchise but that's all I could find on the internet so I was wondering if someone could help me and recommend some books or sites I should look at. If you have a list of good companies that would be great. Thank you very much in advance for the information.
