You know that your opinions do not translate as fact until there are facts to prove that the company in whatever form will indeed pay us. If that does happen, all the whiners and complainers spitting venom at the people who are positive and try to find whatever information can be located. While most of these info providers have their own ways of disseminating information, they are not rude or devious anywhere I can find them...and it appears they are willing to put themselves out there to help and encourage others rather than to look like they are so "in the know" since over and over they have been given info that changed or was held up. Yet they continue to encourage, even while abuse is hurled at them.

I don't know much at all, but I do know that 1 in the know probably does know Jack, and maybe 2 or 3 Jacks at that. And the person full of manure is most likely the person who spills manure out of their posts - to twist a little phrase, IF there's garbage in, garbage will eventually spill out.

I find it disgusting that these low lifes here post copies of information from those forums and then talk bad about it and to boot use anonymous names.

It makes you wonder what the M.O. is. Are they disgruntled people who signed with the attorney's? Are they recruiters for the attorney's or is it fact that they are part of their own ripoffs who have been exposed.

I have seen enough information here to believe that it is all three. I base it on all the posts I have seen that the person here spilling all of this negative hyperbole is in fact WJMKC (William J. Martinoli of Kansas City) and his ilk who are the true scammers themselves.

This is one situation where a modified Occams razor does NOT apply, namely: "All other things being equal, the simplest answer is the best."

However, bearing mind the 2 year farcical delay, it is not unreasonable that many like you hold such a position.

Perhaps a better phrase would be: "Ignorance is bliss"
