So how would the 'German judge' know who did or did not make any claims through the attorneys handling the funds siezed from e-gold? That would require that they cooperate in some way to provide that information. Is that what you're claiming? If so, that would be easy check since both of the attorneys involved, unlike the phantom German judge and 'SamCo', are real people with real phone and real email addresses.
