F*ck you. Look *sshole I've been around and 'in the loop' with you idiots since day one. I get the same PMs and emails from some of you dipsh*ts too. There's nothing absoultely nothing that can be verified that says SI or anything associated was real. Not one f*cking thing. I have access to an entire corporate library full of resources including Pacer and Lexis and I know how to get to any corporate or legal documents that exist. I can run Equifax on every Sam Colins that ever lived in England and his fake passport number too and it says bullsh*t. Nothing backs up anything that's been said about SI. Half of the sh*t isn't believable to anyone with any real knowledge or reasoning ability or even internally consistent with what was said previously.

And you want someone to f*cking pay you for information?! LOL! Kiss my *ss. You don't know sh*t. I'm calling you a f*cking liar to your face. Put up or shut the f*ck up.

Pay a ****ing decent solicitor, and not one of them ****ing 10cents an hour yahoos. You can run ****ing Equifax till the ****ing cows come home and you'll still be in the complete dip-**** you are. Pacer and Lexis???? you'll need a ****ing lot more than that in your arsenal if you want to be taken serious. You don't know sh*t. Not one f*cking thing any of you idiots have said has been right or even makes sense half the time. And the lack of any payments to anyone speaks for itself. That's the real proof *******.

I don't need any more than Equifax to tell me that Scam Colins doesn't exist and that the passort that they sent directly to me was fake. And I don't need more than Pacer to see the judgement against them that says they were a fraud that they made no attempt to defend. Or the e-gold documents that say the same. Or the email from the Belize IBC and from their agent there saying it was a fraud. Or the native German-speaking attorney in my office to tell me that there's nothing there either. I don't need to hire a solicitor, I work down the hall from one you twit. lol

You dumb t*rds think you can talk in code and riddles and lead people around by the f*cking nose for two years and you don't owe them anything? If you've got something to show that *anything* that been said has been true then lets see it. The mere existance of a person or a company or a settlement cannot be a secret. None of you can't produce *anything* because it doesn't exist.

Default Re: "In-the-knows" have painted themselves into a corner

Those of you who are pissed off, my God, you have every right to be pissed, anyone that tells you otherwise isn't worth your time to read what it is they say.

I'm going to be straight up with this forum right now. It's my one attempt to do so. Every soul that posts here or any other public forum does so anonymously. There are private methods of communication with full disclosure amongst those privy to this communication. I think a distinction needs to be made what and how one is a believer in a SI payout and how one thinks SI is/was nothing more than a scam. The difference, in my opinion, is grounded in the level and the communication associated with due diligence activities prior to the SI default. Let me explain.

The majority of SI investors who continue to believe they will be paid (aside from those who have verifiable proof) remain steadfast because they were brought into the venture by friends or associates that were both credible and had access to real information about the ongoings/strategies/portfolio as it pertains(ed) to SI; be it from "VIP" status, prior investment history with the organization or whatever.

On the other hand, the majority of "investors" who remain steadfast this thing is nothing more than a scam, did not "invest" in Solidinvestment, they put there hard earned cash into an HYIP called Solidinvestment, following they hype, growth and reputation (if you can call it that) this "thing" was developing.

When the information was available, PRIOR to the default of July 03, 2006, those individuals either didn't pursue (the information), didn't care or thought this was nothing more than a ponzi and hoped they were on the bandwagon soon enough to come out with some bank.

I, personally, happened to fall into the second group. It was an HYIP and kicking ass, notwithstanding Punnup (I'd like to say a total ****ing dumb-**** , ass-hole but I said I would refrain from any attacks, so scratch that....) and the "BIRDS-Flue) investment.

When SI defaulted, for those of you, like myself, were you surprised? even a little? No, if you were, you're an idiot.

On the other hand, those of you who had completed credible due diligence, were in shock.

I was looking at a health 6 figure payout, had convinced friends, family, colleagues to join with a promise of underwriting SI in the event of default.

I was a "blind-faith" idiot. They defaulted, I came up with over 50k to cover my down-line's losses, lost the old-lady (sorry, my wife), my house, everything over this show, then (a year later) my child gets sick, REAL sick.

In September of 06' I was browsing and, for the hell of it, googled SI and "what to my wondering eyes did appear?????" a forum with Pingman and 8 (make it 9) tiny reindeer...

seriously though, I found the SI forum and was brought up to speed. Frankly, I didn't believe much, it got my engines warm, but I was no more a believer than I was in Santa Clause. I kept a visibly open mind, but every promise, factoid, and so on, led nowhere.

All though this "journey" however, I found it within myself to respect non-disclosure, understood what it meant to use discretion and could keep my mouth shut (or fingers OFF the keyboard), not when asked, but would open up ONLY in the event I was given authority or permission to do so.

In September or October of 07' things changed. I haven't discussed this with my source(s), so I'm reluctant to divulge at this juncture; suffice to say, I no longer am skeptical (and I am a skeptic, despite my HYIP "experiences which will NEVER happen again; those who know of me, will attest to this)

I'm not here to convince anyone to change their mind, without proof positive, I wouldn't. But people, you must understand a couple of things,

1. the holding company would NEVER have opened this venture up to the public knowing now had they known it two years ago;

2. the on-line investors, of which I am, are on the ass-bottom of the food chain;

3. this is/was a PRIVATE venture (despite it's WWW presence), therefore, they (Samco) can payout in whatever fashion they wish, provided it conforms with the regulators, Courts, principals, shareholders and all other parties to this investment, OTHER than the on-line investors. We go along for the ride, nothing more, nothing less.

4. don't get caught up in names, Sam Colins, Raphael Sosa, Joe Blow...whatever. Just leave it alone because we are so far removed from their operations, you are just wasting your valuable time.

5. Will we all get paid? I don't know. I do know this is a real venture and there are a hell of a lot of obstacles that had to be, and likely still will have to be overcome

Having said all this, let me make one suggestion, nah, make it two suggestions:

1. If you have cash in this, you aren't doing yourself or the other fourty-five or fifty thousand investors any favors by ****ting on something you know very little about, I'm not saying climb on-board, but I am saying, the likelihood of receiving a pretty decent chunk of change is more than fair, not absolute, but significantly more than 50%

2. Before you (or me) goes ****ting on people, calling them ass-holes or whatever in support or to dispel the validity of this investment, stop and take a shot of Petrone, or Jaegermeister, or whatever. Nobody, (forum contributors anyways) is trying to screw you out of anything and everyone should be allowed to be an idiot. Besides, wouldn't a big, fat, windfall payout be sweet?

Hell yes it would.

I hope this clears up something, what? I don't know but maybe something....

Peace people (by the way, can you believe the three pathetic candidates for president, God help us all)

sorry you're wrong my friend

And the lack of any payments to anyone speaks for itself. That's the real proof *******.

well, read on

I don't need any more than Equifax to tell me that Scam Colins doesn't exist and that the passort that they sent directly to me was fake.

Calm down...you are NOT seeing the bigger picture. I'm not sure I understand what you mean when you say "sam colins doesn't exist." That's analogous to saying "Bill Smith doesn't exist"

And I don't need more than Pacer to see the judgement against them that says they were a fraud that they made no attempt to defend.

Are you referring to the "empty-chair" default judgment taken by Hare for $500K? Come on, nobody has said SI handled this properly, in fact, they screwed up time and time again, so what's your point?

Or the e-gold documents that say the same.

The e-gold documents are inconclusive as a matter of law. The SI venture was NOT domiciled in the US, nothing was filed with the SEC, nor was there any requirement to do so.

Or the email from the Belize IBC and from their agent there saying it was a fraud. Or the native German-speaking attorney in my office to tell me that there's nothing there either.

Are you privy to the facts and the basis in which the German Courts have established jurisdiction in this? No, you are not. If you work in a "law-office" with a German speaking attorney, he will tell you there are, in Germany, hearings and testimony precluded from the public. A perfect example is when a Grand Jury convenes. NEVER are these open to the public. How about depositions, declarations....you are painfully incorrect...

I don't need to hire a solicitor, I work down the hall from one you twit. lol

I have no clue what you are trying to say...I don't think you do either, but help me here.

You dumb t*rds think you can talk in code and riddles and lead people around by the f*cking nose for two years and you don't owe them anything?

You, my friend, would not be welcome in my circle.

If you've got something to show that *anything* that been said has been true then lets see it.

You are your own worst enemy. Calm Down!!!!

The mere existance of a person or a company or a settlement cannot be a secret.

There you go again making foolish statements.

1. Witness protection keeps people "secret."

2. In the US, there are many, many companies that due top secret, DoD (Department of Defense) work. You will NEVER hear about them

3. 99.9% of all settlements; the terms, amounts, responsibilities are kept secret, by virtue of the Settlement Agreement and Release. The only time settlements are made public is in the event the matter goes to trial and a jury (or other trier of fact) renders a verdict (in a civil case, or criminal)

None of you can't produce *anything* because it doesn't exist.

I believe you meant none of you CAN produce.....you are incorrect. But you, sir, are a perfect example of why nobody should.

peace

(watch the response I get, should be entertaining)

Hello, lady present!!! Could you all please do something about that potty mouth disease? I mean do you eat with that mouth? Do you touch clean things with those fingers? Does that same brain think about your children? Find some creative ways to express your displeasure that is not offensive to people who are also part of the folks who are among those who are not the evil side...please. Try some manners, just using the **** key is like letting us read you lips, we know what you're saying. Let's be ladies and gentlemen, okay? Let us not make the rudeness of others dictate our behavior.

Well I never get into wars over other peoples points of view, I have my own commonly held belief systems and try as an imperfect being not to stray from them in order to keep a balance in life.

All I well say in agreement of the poster report under lj left as a call sign is you speak with reversal psychology in my eyes, it is a good thing, because you are offering a chance for people to view it from a new perspective, you alone were a non believer, yet your mind an heart opened to researching the research and now have concluded and humble enough to accept you may have jumped the gun at that point in time in your life and based it on a lack of knowledge in those earlier days.

Goodness me what in the world does a person or people have to lose by remotely if it be the case having even a slight chance of receiving some type of reward for something they may have thought long gone.

We have all been burnt severely online, one time or another, yet we still continue to believe the sectors we allow ourselves to delve contain an element of society that does have a very imperative attribute and that is integrity.

So that is all I wish to say and thankyou for sharing your personal reasons for the change of heart you adopted poster lj

It is a freedom of speech and not dictatorship in our present lives that makes this still a good world to operate in, let us all share opinions, but let us not be derogatory toward others for their personal views, otherwise it becomes like Religious indoctrination and Political and this is neither, it solely, believe or not as rippley's would have it.

Peace out friends
life must go on, let it not pass us by without some form of positive results.

534 said it all.

No proof of anything in two years. No mails,no payments,no communication of any kind whatsover. As for the so called "holding company",that's just more of the same conjecture. Deemed a scam by egold, confirmed by Lawyers who recovered some of the members funds.Look how many payment dates have been given over the last two years. Not one of them has ever happened.

In another month you will still be saying "soon".
