sure there is a conspiracy:

1. Francooz, WJMKC (william martinoli aka Antony DiSarcino) Wolfie, PCsByBob and others helped recruit members into Elite Ventures. It has been shown over and over again that they were all part of the recruiting for this scam. WJMKC took on a second identity (Anthony Discarcino) and talked up this person as if he didnt know him. Francooz the supposed trader, was also part of the recruiting measure.

2. They took money over to SI and it has been frozen for a long time.

3. They make excuse after excuse why they cannot payout and try to get the attention over to SI and away from them.

4. They have either A) signed with the attorneys and are trying to recruit more members for their piddly little referral fee or possibly buying time with the attorneys B)or waiting for an SI payout to pay other members.

The real question is what happens to that money when WM is indicted, it wont be paid out overnight and it could be many more months.

So who’s here- WM/William Martilloni, wolfie, PCbyBob.
There are others who might not be obvious to you, who rumbled loudly: rsh, jimmymack, Boozer and others from runboard.

These malcontents post here bcos it’s eating their brains to know they may not be getting all the cash like those who waited. Why? They have already gotten their .30 or even .08 on the dollar of their original investment.

So they don’t want YOU to get it!

They don’t want YOU to check your email.
They want YOU to quit waiting.

Get it?

“If I can’t have it, YOU can’t have it!”

What I would give to show these imbreds a copy of may payout and rub it in their face. Instead, I just have to pay heavy taxes for their food stamps.

Care to show me a copy of that 67 dollar check you received from Beruzze while making his Porsche payment?

Flying pig poster here again.

My thoughts are real simple people or ones unknown have yes been a little edgy.
Meaning what if you had lets say a fort Knox load of cash and you could play with this cash all day and do whatever you wanted with it?
This is exactly the deal here the so-called banker Dudes have the cash and would like to keep it so that they can play with it.
Note whilst they have it this money is free to them not costing them money for such usage. Meaning its in a non interest bearing trust type account.
So no costs are incurred to the financial institution. So naturally the slackers we will call them bankers are going to put the biggest scream possible slow is the word or slug type movement possible. They do not want this money moving out of their bank quite simply it would be a major problem because they are benefiting greatly from its use.

True.

False. SI was already dead at that point. Check the dates.

False. Pointless on both counts since the claims under that action are long closed and there is no payout coming to wait for.

The money scammed in EV is gone. Criminal actions won't get it back. Civil suit may if he has anything to attach.

False. There is no money in escrow or trust or anywhere else other than in the pockets of the Eastern Europen scammers that ran SI.
