You can add a few more to the sighting tally for the week just finished. There was a little cluster on Friday noted as having received their notices. As the processing moves through its load, it appears that community groups in a given location tend to come together. Like, if you introduced a bunch of friends and you all put in about the same amount of funds at the same time, then your little cluster might end up openning the champagne on the same day.
From this, you can see that the referral links are also being applied as well as the geographic locations. By the time everyone has their notice we will be able to figure this order or logic out.Probably not.

The scenario that we are participating within has evolved over a handful of years. Us website members participating within this program represent only a small portion of this endeavour. It has taken a long time to realise that we are the small end of this agenda. Distributions did commence about ten months ago and we incorrectly considered that we were it. In hindsight, much of the anticipated timings for us to receive our notice was always for higher upline groups. Even now, as the processing is in amongst us, the activity is segmented. That is, even whilst the processing is for Block 1, that is broken into segments. Following on, when the processing enters Block 2, it is likely that will also be broken into further segments, such as those who are part of a referral chain and also entered earlier than others. It is only after we have feedback from recipients that we can determine the possible structure and just how many segments may be needed to be processed to complete a block. We sure do appreciate the feedback which will always remain confidential.
To outline a segment. A batch of notices are downloaded which are then processed over five or more days. Call that a segment. On the surface it may appear as though that covers everyone in a payment Block. It is unknown at the time a batch of notices is drawn down if it completely covers a Block until
the next batch is drawn down to start a new round of daily notices.
We need your assistance with feedback to understand what is progressing daily and it is greatly appreciated.
