Have anyone over there provide independently verifiable information that demonstrates:

1. Sam Colins exists as the prominent individual in the banking industry as has been described; and

2. That there is a settlement as it has been described.

The mere existence of a person cannot be a secret and certainly not so if he is the prominent individual as he has been described. Likewise, while specific details and terms of a settlement may be protected, the existence of a settlement affecting tens of thousands of individuals cannot be a secret. Particularly when it's known and discussed daily by a group of individuals on an insignificant, far-removed forum. Both are simple, reasonable requests not involving any secrets that would jeopardize any aspect of any payment process. Both if demonstrated would benefit greatly the confidence of the members. Both are said to be supportable by information held by various in-the-know members so there should be no difficulty with discovery and production.

Do that and not only will I shut up for a week, but after publicly conceding that I'm a complete F'ing idiot, I'll never post here again, I'll make a donation to Pascas, and I'll put best effort forth to have WLD move this folder from the Money Frauds and Scams section of their forum.

These are arguments of endless debates...let it rest for ONE WEEK, no more, no less. Both sides here at WLD. The forums have their own communities that manage their differences as within "family" boundaries. This is an exterior forum with visceral tendencies. What type of person cannot allow communities peace of ONE WEEK ONLY to observe the passing or fulfillment of collective expectations. They will communicate, encourage and if in gross error embarrass themselves all by themselves. This venue is perverse by any standard and it is petitioned that it recede for ONE WEEK ONLY.
