As we have said many times on this forum, YOU WILL NOT GET THE TRUTH HERE, ONLY INFORMATION THAT MAY, OR MAY NOT, BE TRUE. It is up to you to decide what is the truth or not, THROUGH YOUR OWN INVESTIGATIONS.
There are some legal ramifications here that some on this forum fail to grasp. When you get your payout notice, you may be required to:
1) Agree not to sue.
2) Agree not to divulge your payout amount.
3) Agree not to divulge anything about any aspects of the financial structure of the payoutprocess.
4) Agree to abide by all aspects of any tax liabilities.
In addition, the case, pending in Germany, has not been finalized yet. Therefore, it is not public knowledge. Anyone posting anything specific about it could be subject to sanctions by the German authorities.
By the way, the Solid Investment Non-disclosure Agreement is STILL VERY MUCH IN EFFECT. Mess around with any of this and you will find out.

There's no truth in this forum only bulls**t from fake Sam Colins, fake 1ITK, fake professor and stolen posts from other forums that make no sense. This is the playground of people who have no self-respect, no integrity and no life.

A perfect example of Pingman's typical response presenting HIS OWN CONJECTURE ONLY in a very precise and highly detailed way that makes it appear to be known as fact despite what he says otherwise. If he doesn't really KNOW any of this for certain, then why go into all of the strongly stated detail? He's done the very same thing since he first appeared on the old runboard forum. And as usual when the questions get too hard, he deletes posts and closes the thread. More like Ripley's Believe it or Else!
