Todays Bull****, in addition one Bull**** provider praising another Bull**** provider:
Posted: Sat Jul 05, 2008 12:46 am Post subject: Hmmm. We are off to the Sunshine Coast (it is raining!) today to celebrate Nowureez 50th birthday, so the Daily News Boy will not be reporting tomorrow. Payouts continued to go out, but not notices today. Business as usual on Monday. We provide little acknowledgement to the massive amount of work that Pingman does for us all behind the scenes. You will be amazed should he share with us all his endeavours to support us all quitely behind the scenes. I would like to reiterate his comments on the forum today as being extremely constructive. Here they are again: pingman Administrator Joined: 24 Jul 2006 Posts: 712 All notices, and bank wires, are being sent from London, England. The German and English authorities care very much about past SI contracts and agreements, otherwise there would be no money in escrow and there would be no payouts. If all SI contracts and agreements are still in force, so are the documents that support them, such as the SI Non-disclosure agreement. Part of the negotiated settlement, between the German investors who sued SI and the Parent Company, stated that ALL contracts and agreements shall remain in force during the life of the agreement. This includes everything, also meaning the Non-disclusure agreement or any other documents that were in force when SI was taken over by the Parent Company. So, if anyone thinks that things have lightened up, simply because the German and English authorities have taken over, may be in for a shock. Do not reveal anything about your SI account to anyone else, especially on a public forum, such as this one. Answer to question one. English banks were selected for the escrow accounts because they are located in the European Union, and the EU has jurisdiction over the civil case. The main banking centers of the EU are located in England. Answer to question two. Notices are not sent out on holidays because they don't want people to miss responding to them when they are away from their computers celebrating a holiday. They continued to send out bank wires on the 4th of July, because the banks, located in England, do not celebrate this holiday, and because those investors, being sent bank wires on the 4th, have already responded to their payout notices. After the bank wire is sent, the funds automatically go the designated bank account. Therefore, the investor is not needed in this phase of the transaction. And because many other SI investors have already successfully received their payouts, if we respond correctly to our notices, we can rest assured that this process will function smoothly for us too. Not lame at all. This discussion is not about wanting to receive payout notices on national holidays, it is about ALL SI INVESTORS BEING ABLE TO RECEIVE THEM ON NATIONAL HOLIDAYS. There is a difference. We are no longer talking about SI and Its Parent Company. What we are dealing with now are honest government and honest bankers who want to give us our money. Therefore, maybe we must keep in mind that they want to serve ALL INVESTORS and not just the ones who happen to be home on a national holiday. Let's lighten up a bit here and give these honest, hardworking folks a break. For goodness sake, many online investments have taken our money. These people are trying to pay us. Maybe some of us should be practicing a policy of understanding and cooperation, instead of criticizing those who are trying to do right by us. We do not know if the three day response window is still in effect. So, it might be wise to respond as soon as the payout notice is received. Thank you Pingman from us all. Cheers Budi |

Sure sign of bullsh*t when people say that they don't know anything for sure, yet they always speak authoritatively and have ready answers for everything including specific details that wouldn't be expected to be known to those not directly involved. Tells you that they're just making the sh*t up as they go. When they get questioned on any of it, they simply evolve the story to fit irrespective of reality as in Pingman's bullsh*t EU response. If it gets too hot then they start trying to deflect and change the subject, posts are deleted and threads locked, or they fall back on the secrecy gambit. |

The show is on track. This will take hours, but progressively, batch by batch will be sent out. It might take a full day for all of them to go out. Enjoy the moment. |

I don't come here much because there is so much childness here on both sides. I got paid last week. Received my email 2 weeks ago. Believe it or not. It doesn't matter to me. I gave my notice at work and have already booked our round the trip 27th anniversary cruise. I won't be back here. No reason. It's coming my friends. Patience. Bye.
