There is only one time that each of us will be totally assured of receiving our payouts, that is when we drawn a fist full of notes out of a bank after having received the proceeds from the notification.

The frustrations that we are all sharing, are such that even a copy of a notice and or a bank statement would bring the following style of comment - what a clever cut and paste job!

Frankly, due to the size of current payouts that we have had some information shared with us, it has been due to significant bravery. We do not anticipate many to be open about their completion of this exercise. It has been due to the limited number of payouts that have been shared with us that some greater understanding of the formulation has been considered. The considered formulations did reconcile with the payout amounts. Again, we have not had enough at the lower value entry levels to understand all the possibilities with the variables possible within the formulation.
