Would you believe me if I said that WLD has been barred from filing any lawsuit at this point against SI or any of affiliates?

Would you believe me if I said that Scott Hare was successful recovering a small portion of the assets of SI at the direction of SI?

Would you believe me if I said that those who signed retainers with Hare would be recovering part of their principal investment (that part the SI program has not yet paid back that would zero out any deficit?

How about that those who signed on with WLD would be getting nothing from WLD and nothing from SI???

Be careful of some guy trying to get people to email him pretending the email addresses he posts in various forums are real, ----the posted addresses are not the real emails of any lawyers or others involved--might even be this guy above. Stick to the main people involved and report to the FBI and SEC anything that seems fraudulent--the FBI will check it.

lastly, Whatever recoveries are made do not negate the contractual agreement made with SI. If SI does come through for investors the investors with atty's are still contractually binding for the breach of contract does not nullify any proceeds found after any payments made!!

My husband's lawyer determined last week that the SWIFT Central Bankers have traced most of the "investments" and traced most of the SI electronic bank transfers both domestic and offshore ands have provided both the SEC and the FBI with the data on the tracked money movements, with a list of the bank locations, jurisdictions and amounts of current resultant residual deposits. Most of the money scammed is in Panama banks . The FBI and Interpol say they NOW need more complaints from individuals giving specific data , in order to move the SI case up towards the top of their investigations "list" and be able to move it onto their enforcement agents' action "LIST". They have admittedly been too busy with other cases to work this one well.
