Wait for it.........The unexpected glitch/problems will appear out of nowhere and cause all the payments to stop. Of course they never started, but it sure did sound good. Now the question is will it be the "evil" Fed that blocked them, will it be FSA, or will it be some other evil government agency that stopped payouts at the last second?
