Smile Most recent correspondence with WLD

October 17, 2006 @ 07:48 GMT

I've been reading the posts by Kristo and some other ex-solidinvestment members and wish to update you on my latest correspondence with WLD as follows:

1. Mr Brad Haskins and Sue Miller are the legal representatives at WLD and they are dealing with the solidinvestment claims. As to the status of progress with the claims I have no definite information at this point in time other than what is recorded on the WLD site;

2. Concerning Kristo's remark about the lawyers that he lodged his claim with and the cost of 33% - These lawyers are not with WLD. They are with a seperate lawyers firm and the names of the lawyers are messrs Scott M. Hare and Michael Brusseze.

They communicated with me recently by e-mail informing me about the last and final date (16 October 2006) for submitting a signed "Power of Attorney" in order to be included on their list of claimants.

3. I checked this with Sue Miller (WLD) who informed me that since I am on the claimants roll with WLD as well as on the list of the FBI there is no need for me to enlist with the abovementioned lawyers firm as well.

I hope this information will provide some clarity.

Hey JeanP,
You are in a pickle. From memory, i think the rules at SI stipulated that it was 1 account per member. You have cheated and so i think you have no grounds for a claim. This is what happens to greedy people.

Enjoy.

hendo114,
Your memory is not good but can't blame you since it has been so long since SI ran with our money but the truth is that SI did allow multiple accounts as long as you used a different logon and email for each account. I had 3 accounts but the last two only had a minimal amount so I only care about my primary account which I have sent the info to attorney Brad Haskins.
