Wait, I think you're on to something here, but it is the fruition of the 60 year plan that SI is the answer to, Mr. Collins is the reincarnation of one of the principals of that conference held way back when and now he is planning on redistributing the world's wealth into the hands of the middle class where we can all do some good with it, and the secret has been buried for 70,000 years somewhere in the Pacific Ocean on the lost continent of Mu.
