I last week gave sworn statements in the e-gold and solid investment scams. I would assume others were contacted and have been doing so as well. So we can be sure at least some of those involved will go to jail. Justice will prevail??

Since you gave a swarn statement could you give us the number to the official you gave that to? I'm sure many of us would like to also make statements to the authorities. What do you say, can you help us? Oh, what branch of the government was it also? Just curious.

It seems a few folks are involved but clearly the FBI are active on the matter. And so too may be local police in some cases. Your state attorney general will also take the complaint.

I don't think your info or the info of so many others is accurate. I have searched the entire FBI data base and I found nothing. If you don't believe me, here is the link to their site and pressroom. Please, go have a look for yourself and report back with your findings.

Your local FBI agent can refer you to the agent in the Los Angeles area that is in charge of the case at this point--if they feel you have information that is not already available. Be sure the matter is being handled.

Strange we haven't heard anything in a couple months. I would have figured we would have seen a link to these "filings" they were talking about in April. Hmmmm

I gave sworn affidavits and related testimony in an affidavit about ten days ago but have not heard anything more.

Where did you give this testimony? What state? What related information? It's not that I question your honesty, it's that I have tried to contact the FBI with REAL info regarding the structure of SI but, have not heard anything back. I know because of where they (SI and related company) are located there is really nothing the FBI can do but, they can pass it on to that country's authoritites. Can you provide more detailed info?

Default SI scam / fraud

If you really have direct information that not everybody has, you may want to email WLD privately (they normally will respond to you promptly--use the home page of the site) and/or tell the FBI you want to please speak with the agents in the Los Angeles area that are covering the matter.

Just FYI: Your screen shots or emails or opinions will not provide new evidence. You really have to have something new and distinct.

Also just as in the e-gold matter that unfortunately took two years to reach indictment, things sometimes have to move slowly to reach a just and thorough conclusion.

Been there before, unfortunately!

Regardless of how you initially contact the FBI, it will flow back to your local field office for action/follow-up. Best in my experience to look up the local number and contact them directly. That way you will talk to a real live agent versus going through the web site form or the 800 number where you'll just leave a message.
