Please provide the following information, all of which should be available for public review given your report:
1. Information supporting your report that "The German courts have authorized access to bank account and related information in six countries." - From which court was this authorization issued and in what form? Links to source documents would be appreciated. - What is the legal basis for a German court to authorize access to banking and other information in other countries, which would appear to be outside of their jurisdiction? 2. What is the basis for your expectations of "... first arrests or initial prosecutions within 14 to 28 days." 3. Please identify specifically those "persons of interest and/or suspects [who] are currently unable to travel outside of their home country without apprehension." Assuming that this is the case, then there should be warrants issued and the identities of those persons need not be protected (and, in fact, may require/benefit from disclosure). Again, please provide source documentation and/or links to sources to support this report. Note that I am NOT a supporter of SI; however, to be frank, as you have presented yourselves as a clearinghouse for information regarding this matter and there are many who are relying on you as such, you need to provide more detail and factual support for your reports, otherwise they appear suspect and serve only to fuel rumors and speculation on both sides of this matter. |

I concur. Where is the evidence of any investigation? It seems that the "lawyers" are running a scam of their own.
People, signing a POA is the dumbest thing you can ever do - unless there is a gun to your head or are otherwise on you deathbed. And even then you should only sign your rights over to a close, trusted family member or friend. Lawyers after all are one of only two professions in the world that demand money up front and never promise to do anything for you other than "try". the other profession? prostitutes - so pretty much the same group of people. |

World Law Direct does not have any POA, that is some other group or attorney...you may want to get your facts in order--and contact the FBI to report your situation as well. Hopefully you can trust them??

No. Furthermore, the family medical leave act only applies when you have to care for a living person and does not apply to bereavement leave. Many employers who want to keep people will be very flexible, but no law requires it.
