The scammers here are WLD.

There is no case against SI. Why?
Because SI has not run away with your money.
They have not committed any criminal act.

The only thing they have done wrong is not paid when they said they would and have failed to communicate with you in the mean time.

Have a look around this site. Are the lawyers answering any questions about what is really being done by them? Bit hard to answer that when they are only prentending to be doing something.

So the question is who to trust - the lawyers or SI.

I've cast my vote and am confident that I will be paid by SI in full in the not too distant future.

How long has this forum been up? Like a day. How about giving them a little time to respond. After all they are the ones that set up this forum not you.
And maybe if you directed some questions to them instead of spinning a fairy tale you might get some straight answers. And if you would like to get any of your money back you might try registering so they know who you are. Have a nice day!

I emailed info@worldlawdirect.com four days ago and did ask several questions. Most but not all were answered. Some first steps are best done somewhat privately apparently to increase odds of recovery but I do think posts will be made here eventually of case matters and progress.As to no criminal acts by SI??, I can only say that they took my money and they have disappeared. We dont even know who they were for sure?

What honest business does that? If the SI business was legit would not they cone forward to stop peole from making FBI complaints and to stop lawyers from working aginst them.

My loss was 2500 dollars which is a lot to me.

Solid Investment has had plenty of time to communicate honestly with it's people. So far, what has been said which has passed the time is apparently false. I have given them plenty of time to come clean but SI insist on the blame game apparently from some hired individual placed there for the purpose of delaying the inevitable process.

I have analyzed the post from the socalled "Sosa here" and the so called VIPs that stated they have been paid and have noted similarities. It is my opinion they are posted by the same individual. Probably a single individual.

Further, I do not believe we have actually heard from Sosa in the first person since about June 1st, over a month before the sight went down on July 8th.

Solid Investment is gone and the perpetraters need to be prosecuted. I have provided plenty of time. Now I am going to provide any help I can to make sure they are apprehended.

I also encourage anyone who may still have the ability to thing rationally to supply the needed information to bring this case to litigation.

If this case goes to court (and I certainly hope it does) I intend to be there, watch and take part in the proceedings.

Gee i don't know. i asked questions and haven't got answers. I asked to see court orders, info on where's been filed and dock no. etc., never got any answers. why should I trust lawyers that don't tell me the truth? how do i know how much money i'll get back after they minus all the fees? i didn't get answers of how long it'll take for me to see any money, what if i sign and SI comes back? i only know if they do get some judgement the maximum i will get is 30% of what i invested minus fees, but how much fees? anyone know?

SI is not coming back! And if it did, so what. How do they know who has filed a claim and why does it matter, there is nothing illegal about asking a lawfirm to help you get your money back from a fraud scheme. And if you do not believe in this lawsuit, do not add your name to the list. In fact I hope a whole bunch of you investors do not join in, then if WorldLaw is successful, those of us that did join in the lawsuit will have more of the pie for ourselves.

There was no "Sosa" or "Colins" or "company" or "VIPs" or "traders" or anything else real about SI, so there's nothing to "come back." Nothing that is other than the same scamming Russians to run another HYIP/Ponzi con game again. It was a scam from the beginning just like the hundreds of others and the same as those this same group has run before. If you believe anything else, then you're either a rookie at this game or just plain dumb.
