Question Is this slander?

My exgirlfriend cheated on her husband and I wanted to break the silence and come clean by telling him what had happend. so I created a webpage (myspace) ( I did not add any friends or request any) the site was only up for 5hours and made just for him to see and once again she found his password and saw 3 pictures (no nudity or bed pictures) of us and she claims this is slander/defamation of character on my part. Can anyone help??? Thank You.

Default Re: Is this slander?

It is not. Any true actual photos etc. are not defamatory/libel/slander.
