Default Can I sue a person in a corp

Can I sue and individual in a corp if he uses that corp for his personal gain and it does not contribute to the corp.? He was a long time customer and I billed him through his corp. even though the work was done on his personal home and his personal rental property.

Can I sue him directly and what will I have to prove the the judge?

Need help
