EEK! wage garnishment

I have a bank debt from about 5 or 6 years ago. They called me at work
today
and right now I cant afford to pay it. I work full time and am a single
mom
of 5. other than work I recieve about 400 a month in child support and
my
son receives 300 a month from the state since his father cannot work.
They
threatened to garnish my wages. I can barely afford the bills I have
now.
What are the stipulations on wage garnishments here in wisconsin?
