My aunt died 3 years ago. She revoked the will.
5 years ago my aunt who has since died had a "friend" that stole things from her house, my aunt left notes to the effect. Now this "friend" who threatened my aunt if she didn't sign a will leaving everything to her-since then my aunt revoked that will, has come forward with a copy of that will is trying to probate it. My aunt died 3 years ago. She revoked the will. My question is, is there any way I can go and get the things that my aunt wrote that she stole from her house?

You could file a police report and/or sue in civil court. Both may get you the items back if you can show your case.
You should not try to take the items back yourself. |
