During my NISI hearing in Small Claims court the judge did not require debtor to reveal anything about his corp. pass corp. assets, or income > The judge did not allow me to ask debtor for anything. The debtor got by with just putting on the form that he was out of business, no checking accounts and no phones. The debtor has money from the business. He lives in a 300k house and bought a new corvette 5 months ago.
What would be my next step? Do I make an appeal to state court? Will state court make him produce his financial information? |
