I live in FL and I sold a truck to a person in WV. He had the truck shipped and when he got it he said he was unhappy and wanted half of his money back. I refused and now he is threatening to sue me.
All we had was a verbal agreement. Can he sue me and if yes will i have to go to WV or must he sue me in FL?? Thanks |

Normally he will have to sue you where you are.
Unless there is some major problem with the car that you did not disclose, his suit would be difficult |
