Default Out of state unhappy vehicle buyer help

I live in FL and I sold a truck to a person in WV. He had the truck shipped and when he got it he said he was unhappy and wanted half of his money back. I refused and now he is threatening to sue me.

All we had was a verbal agreement. Can he sue me and if yes will i have to go to WV or must he sue me in FL??

Thanks

Normally he will have to sue you where you are.

Unless there is some major problem with the car that you did not disclose, his suit would be difficult
