Lightbulb can she sue me ?

In august my friend added a line to her account as a family plan. We choose a plan for $99.99 a month which included 2000 minutes and free nights and weekend . we agreed that it would be split half way so it would be 50 each including taxes i would say prob 65 each. Well the first bill came and it was $220 . Since it included the activation fee i gave 120. She then decided that she wanted a sidekick 3 and included all of the features which i would say was 20 for each feature. the second bill came and it was 198 , it stayed at this fixed price for almost 5 months. i was paying 100 dollars although i was going through an eviction and felt that 100 a months was not what i agreed on. I payed my portion of the bill on time everymonth. she on the other hand was constantly late. If it wasn't for me paying my portion of the bill on time , the phone would of been disconnected. Trying to fix my arrears with my apartment i then decided to get a second job , suddenly she gives me a call and says " can you pay the whole phone bill this month" i told her that was not what we agreed on . she started saying how she was having money problems, but i was in a worse predicament than she was since i was going through an eviction. I told her to pay her portion of the bill and when i got paid i would pay the other half. well the bill was not paid and the phone was then disconnected , in the mist of all of this i got evicted from my apartment and was having even more financial problems. I was without a phone and she started to leave me e-mails , harrassing me for money , she was claiming for the month that was not paid and for 200 of disconnection all together is was 368. I then decided to contact her and told her that my intentions were not to mess up her credit like she was saying. so i told her considering that i am now homeless i will pay her what i can slowly. I asked her to meet me during my lunch time so that i could give her 150. she left me waiting for an hour and never showed up. i called her and she said that she left her house late so i told her to come to my office , she said , oh just hold the money maybe we see each other this weekend. I told her fine , the whole weekend passed and she did not call me , i left her 2 messages and never was called back , suddenly a week passess and she is harrassing me again , she said " oh i spent the money that i had so i need the money" I said fine i gave her 150 in one shot. 2 weeks pass and she does not contact me. then suddenly the day before my pay day she leaves me a message saying that she had 2 job interviews and if i could do her a favor of printing out her resume and she will come in the morn to pick it up. I called her back and said that it was not a prob. she then suddenly starts talking about how she had 10 dollars to her name and that she was so broke. it then dawned on me that she had figured out when my pay day was and now had no money so she figured that i would give her some money. I told her unfortunately i had to save the check since it was for an apartment. and i had not agreed to pay her everytime i get paid. a couple of days pass and she sent me an e-mail insulting me saying that i am the sh**tiest friend ever. I responded to her and said that she really stooped really low by what she was saying , and that is was really selfish of her to harrass me the way that she was doing considering that at the moment i am homeless and trying to get back on my feet. She then replied me saying to expect court papers, that she was going to sue me for 200 of disconnection fees. plus that i owed her another months bill. She is saying that over the summer she bought me food and a metrocard , and that she is going to sue me for that too. ( mind you the food she bought was because she was in my house for the weekend and there was no food , so it was food for me to cook so that we could eat ) she states that she is going to sue me for legal fees plus whatever she has to pay to get the claim and that since she will have to miss a day of work she will sue me for a days pay as well. Plus that she left a hoody sweater in my house that cost her $100 dollars and since i was evicted and it stayed in my apartment she is going to sue me for this. I never signed an agreement it was just an added line on her acct . I know that the main issue is that at the moment she has no money . But i am concerned if she could sue me and can she will? i am sorry that it was so long..
FYI - the credit card that she used to get the food and metrocard, is a credit card that she used someone elses ss#and is about to be pressed charges on.
