collect judgement from corp. that changed name

I provided service work for a A man and his wife on their personal house and rental house on 10-24-06. They paid me under their corp name. They were customers for several years and history of paying late.They are a 4 person corp. in the drywall business here in Ga. I was never paid and received a default judgment for $800.00 on 10-10-07.

Between the time of going to court and receiving the judgment he changed the name of his corp. He still operates with the same equipment and people.
His did not fill out a letter dissolution for the old corp.

I have filed FIFA, and interrogatory which, he ignored as he did his court date.
I am now filling a rule for NISI hearing.

His lawyer was the executor of the old corp. and also the new corp executor.

My question is is he protected by the new corp. he formed?

Will he have to show the roll over/ buy out during the NISI hearing?

Can I place a lien on their personal property even it been a year? ( since that is where work was done)

If the business looks to be just a complete continuation of the old business, the court may allow you enforce any judgment against them. Also any new business that takes all the assets of the old business, often assumes debts as well.
