We recently paid a deposit, for childcare, which was stated as non refundable which is fine.
However in the period between paying this and the childcare service starting the nursery withdrew the service. Are they still entitled to keep our deposit even though they are not actually offering the service? |

Absolutely not--they must refund you. You may sue in small claims if need be!
