The swindling criminal husband also set me up in another big one. At age 60, direly in need of income and looking around in Feb 2007, randy(husband raised her told me about a restaurant/bar we had taken me to being available/for lease/for sale. Said he had talked with Mr. Larrimore, a very nice old southern gentleman. In past life, have been a successful business woman/etc in CA so I jumped on the place. Totally unaware of the cut throats in this area, totally unaware of Larrimore's m.o. From all have warned me about too late as I am in too deep...larrimore' is in prison for life. Prior he and Larrimore responsible for 25 fires for insurance, for one. Larrimore's m.o. has scammed anyone in anyway for a nickel to everything they have tho he has managed to keep his hands clean with county court connections. Re: the restaurant/bar. He had it put in his schooteacher dgtr's name as sole owner for sordid reasons.Since he is not allowed again an alchohol license, he will rent and suck a person dry by thieving and scamming and run them out of business asap.
This Larrimore has put me in a vise. At last minute he changed contracts and I was coerced to sign by he and Randy fast as Larrimore had to go to an appt. portions say I am to be responsible for entire building including insurance however insur agent when I got insurance said this contract could not be stated so unless a lease option. He never had it changed. Never had initials by his dgtr in some parts. Refused to give me property owner's address/phone. Tried to scam in on utilities, you name it. Found when I changed locks that Randy who changed locks supposedly and always insisted in opening up and closing had EMPTY insides of locks. Since randy had a key this was for larrimore's needs to raid pool tables/beer etc etc. Changed the locks again when had husband arrested for dom violence. Every notice I typed up for repairs he rips up.Gone without coolers working, roof leaking on my expensive sound equipment etc etc the road to bar is HIS private road and refuses to repair.Had bartenders before working on for me that are close friends who I watched sabotage,spie until all my regulars were gone. Since I tried to stop the scamming he then has tried all he can by intimidating me, threats, foul language regularly and some in front of customers. Deducted $163 from one $1000 check for electricity before I rented but had to pay to put in my name.Anonymous health complaints, false ambulance calls,etc.As not being an owner and being a vendor for 3 pool tables in the place,he refuses to remove 2 of 3. For more than a month he has cut the electrical at source to a big lighted billboard with my place's name etc..which is on his property only used forever for this establishment and has been lighted since I took it on in April. Hired bands, bartenders, expenses...customers dropped to closing up on Friday early for an empty bar and little since that I had struggled so hard to build up again in the face of adversities. Drew up a letter and had a friend deliver it to the real owner/dgtr after scouring the area. She was over in an hour.Asked me if not happy to leave. Ah..lets see I have about $40K in vested at min,its cost me to run this place in the negative..also a $4K deposit and in too deep. If I leave I am finished financially..no way for income. If left alone this business would thrive so in lieu of telling her I would have to sue for damages she said she would take care of everything. NOT. Comes back with Daddy saying he is part owner (LIE) and I HAD to work with him and I replied NO...he has gone too far too long and will not have him about anywhere..owner or no owner.. when he refused to leave I called the police. NOW Larrimore as a non-owner and the owner his daughter is suing me both in One suit..and to appear in small claims TOMORROW..on bogus claims of sign damage, equipment missing, cut doors, deskm no pool table money cause won't let father on property, at an undetermined amount of money, and not full payment of rent...breaching my contract. I am told I will NEVER win!! Only one customer will come forward about the harrassment he witnessed once. I might be able to talk to previous owner that was also scammed if I can get a hold of him. Having not a dime for a lawyer..bearly holding on....I would ultimately like to sue both her and him for all my losses, pain and suffering, all from day one not repaired, the money damages and loss of clientele from sign being turned off which if not on..it looks closed.....give it a stab..and hope I can come up with enough circumstantial evidence..other victims...Can someone tell me what I would title a complaint in superior court? and can I include both of them on one suit? I would like to serve them both tomorrow while in court on larger suit. Tomorrow I would like to try to get the judge to get this owner to have someone remove his pool tables, also get the light back on the sign, and what about repairs? I don't want to ask for money damages as I would think that would negate a bigger law suit. Am I dreaming? I cant go down, cower like everyone else...and live with this. PLease help me...If someone would direct me to case law, or other suits like this...any thoughts..I would do so pro-se. Thanks I am sorry again to bother anyone. OH I saw that this man got a FEDERAL GRANT for $180K in about 2000 for disaster of small business. NO way he did this legit. Also he has a trailer park of low income people on hud..KNOW he has to be doing them in. Herrendous stories I hear all the time. Not trying to fight a war. Hardly. I have NEVER been in a law suit prior..never have had so much as a parking ticket. always lived my life as a upstanding law abiding citizen with the tees crossed and i's dotted and here I am...in the snake pit.
OH this man Larrimore was present at my last divorce hearing not for anything for him personally in hearing but to be in support of MY CRIMINAL HUSBAND...all sneering rubbing my nose in it..showing me they are ALL above the law. and so they are..........
