Default Responsible for lawyers fees if I lose?

I'm suing my HOA in small claims court. It says I can collect if I win AND I can add the money it cost me to file ($80.00). Does this mean that if I lose I will have to pay thier fees? They have a VERY expensive law firm.

Thanks in advance.

The judge can say so, but normally you will not pay their fees.
