I was arrested and upon the booking process the county jail nurse said my blood sugar level was to high to allow admittance to the jail. The police then took me to the nearby hospital and they proceeded to administer a intrevenous drip. I have been released after 6 months os incarceration and the hospital is taking me to small claims for the $1700.00 bill. Please advise!!!

Normally the jail has to pay if they required you to go there. Add them to the suit.
