Wedding album not received in almost 3 years

I am wondering if anyone knows if I have a right to file a small claims complaint if my wife and I have not received our wedding album, video, and enlarged photos in almost 3 years?

Yes, you can sent a lawyer notice regarding the matter to the concerned parties. If they are not ready to give your albums and video you could file a law suit against them for getting your photos and videos together with damages and court costs.

I'm not sure what state you live in, but I would ask why you waited almost 3 years to file a claim. You could be getting dangerously close to or already passed on your statute of limitations for pursuing a claim.

Also, you are going to have to provide a lot more details of the transaction to know whether or not you even have a claim.
