We had a verbal agreement for half ownership on bull to raise for rodeo stock. Now two years later the other guy is saying it is his bull and wants to come and take him from our property which the bull has resided for the last two years. We have been taking care of the bull (feed, water, pasture, etc.) fot the two years. And the other guys says he shouldn't have to pay us for anything but that he should be able to just take the bull for nothing. We were wanting to know our rights and what we should do.

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against him (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to his behavior...
