Default Guy holding $50 gameboy hostage

ok heres the skinny, my little brothers sold their xbox to this guy named dave, he gave the money to their friends dad, he kept half and gave the rest to my little brothers, but he let them borrow a ps2 memory card and controller so i thought they were even, but i let my lil brothers friend borrow my gameboy advance cuz i have 2 and he borrows stuff and returns it. then i went to go get it he called the cops and told me to leave. then he called me up later and said give back the ps2 memory card and controller and get your gameboy back. and i would file a civil suit but i live in a small town and theres a big chance i will lose(thats what im told by a officer in the next town over). this guy is a punk, he pressures little kids into givin him money and makes his kids get out of junior high and makes'em mow lawns so he can have money and make his wife walk down to the dollar store just to get him pudding. and he doesnt raise his flag at dawn and lower it and dusk, he just leaves it up with no lighting.

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against him (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to his behavior...

I say this matter should be settled with a game of rock, paper, scissors!
