DO I HAVE A CASE?
I PAID $2000 TO A CREDIT CRRECTON COMPANY BACK IN APRIL OF 2007. THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO DELETE MY NEGATIVE CREDIT IN 30-45 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATIONS FROM THIS COMPANY SINCE MAY 7, 2007. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS AND EVERYTIME I CALL THE PHONE# I GET THE ANSWERING SERVICE, AND MY CALLS ARE NOT RETURNED. I WAS GUARENTEED A SERVICE THAT WAS NEVER RENDERED. SO DO I HAVE A CASE ON THIS FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY?

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior... You may also report them to your state attorney general's office.

Read the fine print on the contract. Many times these scums will use words like "try", "best effort", etc. to cover their arses.
Take them to court and file with AG! |

You do have a case if they are misleading you and others. Do also inform the state attorney general.
